I've started using React again in a personal project. So I went through this with the intent of brushing up on things. And lots of changes have happened since I used React in the past. Namely the class vs. functional components and effects.
Pretty extensive documentation they've created. Lots of in depth explanations with good examples. They've put a lot of work into it.
